MASSAGE FROM CEO

The year under review had its own fair share of challenges and opportunities for us as a growing bus company operating in Limpopo province But, I personally came to realize one thing that ‘an organization that does not value and appreciate its people, such an organization would cease to function’.

As Kopano Bus Service we believe our people are our intangible assets which must be protected at all times. We strongly believe that the skill set of our company’s workers more than the workers themselves, is an asset, and since abilities can’t be touched, it’s an intangible asset.

This asset also includes our intellectual property such as trademark and copyright, as well as market share, customer’s loyalty and human capital- the term for the talent and ability of the workforce. Over the years we have shown unmatched appreciation of our stuff throughvarious personal development

But this is no really much, because they are not even making 25% of the entire staff establishment of 179 employees,” she says.
